About the role

Eagle Ottawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Rayong. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the continuous improvement and optimization of our manufacturing processes, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Functional Job Activities (Please specify the percentage of each activity):

Activity 1: Work with team to support customer order in pre-production.

Goal: The shipment can be arranged as commitment.

1. Coordinate with team (Launch, Engineering, QA, etc.) to make sure necessary resources such as

tooling, documents, NML, chalking NML are ready to support pre-production.

1. Manage team (Launch team) to support pre-production as planned.

2. Make sure the shipment is arranged on time.

Activity 2: Quality

Goal: Product meet EO and customer's quality requirements.

1. Make sure all quality requirements of pre-production are met.

2. Prepare inspection/quality data as customer requested.

3. Prepare inspection/quality data per EO requirement or supervisor assigned.

4. Support Launch engineer to do trial run/experiment.

5. Support 1st shipment audit and complete LRR checklist 1229 1st shipment audit

6. Support a shipment co-check event at customer (pre-production shipment). Up on quality or

program manager request and launch manager approves

Activity 3: Safety, 5S, Kaizen

Goal: Zero accident, 5S score meet ≥ 90%, increase number of Kaizen

1. Make sure safety workplace.

2. Ensure workplace follows 5S principle.

3. Lead Kaizen implement in work area.

4. Be part of company employee engagement programs such as T- talks, Kaizen, CSR

Performance Objective (KPI):

1. Project on Time – work with team to support customer order in pre-production. The shipment

can be arranged as commitment.

1. Quality – work with team to get all necessary quality requirements to support pre-production and

make sure the product meet customer requirements (including packing requirement).

1. Safety – 0 accident

2. 5S at workplace maintain to standard

3. Enhance team for Kaizen activity

6.APQP cutting, support Sr. Launch supervisor / Launch Engineer to conduct production readiness

(Cutting & SOP).

7.APQP cutting, support Sr. Launch Supervisor/ Launch Officer to conduct 1st shipment audit (Preproduction

and 1st shipment).

8.APQP finishing, co- ordinate with finishing, final color, and lab to review 1st production trial

runs.

1. Support Launch Engineering and production for prototype and pre-production build as assigned

by supervisor or manager.

10.assistance Program manager for support Launch Gate to success schedule and Goal

11.Customer and order management and program planning for Pre-Production stage.

1. Ensure the sales order processing meet both internal and external customers' 100% satisfaction

through timely relentless coordination and communication. Track critical shipments and escalate issues as

necessary.

1. Communicate critical customer issues to Launch Manager and Commercial Manager.

What we're looking for

Qualifications:

• University degree major in Engineering or related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, CAD, Solid work
• Excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or Production scheduling or Launch leader.
• Good spoken and written English.
