Job Description
"ETO Sales Specialist" is a commercial and technical resource for Rockwell Automation Power Control Engineering to order business. You have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects capability and benefits of the portfolio when involved in ETO pursuits.

You will maximize the Rockwell Automation sales within their assigned geography and business. You are responsible for commercial support for a MVB, MCC including IPP and CUBIC business within a defined geography. ETO Sales Specialist will support commercial marketing activities, interface with Product Teams, Commercial Engineering team, advise on proposal and pricing strategies for pursuits, and interface between customers and the Global Product Businesses.

You will report to Manager ITD, SEA based in Thailand.

Your Responsibilities

  • A sales specialist is a technical resource for Rockwell Automation Engineering to Order business consist of Medium Voltage business, Motor Control Center Business and CUBIC business.
  • The key responsible is to work with the sales team to guide ETO business revenue through understanding customer needs, building client relationships, provide ETO solutions and services within your responsibilities.
  • Your main responsibilities include generating leads, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • We ask that you will be Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, and in-depth knowledge of our offerings

The Essentials - You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent.
  • You have at least min. 3 years of relevant experience in similar field.
  • You have solution and application expertise and related demonstrated sales experience.
  • You will have fluency with native language and command of English (written and spoken).

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

  • While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for achieving results needs to be shared and delegated.
  • Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a "selling" rather "telling" communication style.
