About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and service-minded SME Insurance Business Development Specialist to support the growth of our Affinity & SME portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of insurance experience who enjoys building client relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating with insurers, and supporting new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the supervisor to drive SME business growth through cross-selling, up-selling, win-back strategies, and delivering best-in-class support to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

  • Assist in developing new SME insurance opportunities, including cross-sell, up-sell, and win-back initiatives.
  • Support the supervisor in creating business models, proposals, and tailored insurance solutions.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Prepare and deliver presentations in Thai and English to potential clients.
  • Visit and engage with customers, insurers, and partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with existing and prospective clients.

Negotiation & Coordination

  • Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing with insurers to secure competitive solutions.
  • Coordinate with insurers to ensure smooth policy issuance, service delivery, and timely responses.

Presentation & Documentation

  • Prepare high-quality presentation slides, reports, and operational workflow documents.
  • Provide translation (Thai–English) when required.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to support business goals and smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • 2–4 years of experience in the insurance industry (broker or insurer).
  • Strong English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
