As aQA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of quality assurance and quality control for promotional print and packaging, displays and signage, temporary and permanent displays, digital POSM, and marketing activation delivered by the supply chain in Thailand.Working collaboratively with thebrand activation agencyoperations and suppliers to develop and implement quality assurance and QC process improvements. This involves inspections and audits of quality processes at agency clients, suppliers, and internal facilities, ownership of corrective process definition, and measurement of end-to-end performance with support from the agency's purchasing and supply chain team and other business functions.Based inBangkok, this role oversees the delivery of defined services throughoutThailand.Key Responsibilities:QA/QC Processes and CompliancesDevelop a QA strategy for preventing defects and avoiding failures, to ensure the reduction or elimination of failures in quality.With QA, focus on the product quality, which guarantees that the processes, QC standards, and procedures are suitable for the various categories of the above scope, and are properly implemented in the QC plan.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control guidelines and processes to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.Developing standard QC reports for production and installations.Provide expertise on the process of quality improvements with the operations teamImplement QA/QC processes with suppliers, conduct refresher training (on a need basis)Preparing NCR and corrective action plan for QC failuresConduct internal audits to verify that quality control processes are being followed.Continuous improvements to analyse processes, identify weaknesses, eliminate problems or gaps to help improve the standard of quality within the supply chain.Keep up to date with industry developments and new technologies that can improve quality control processes.Support the P&SC function in day-to-day activitiesOn-Site QA/QCOversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure that they meet quality standards.Develop and maintain quality control protocols and procedures, including inspection plans, testing methods, and data analysis techniques.Manage QA/QC audits of suppliers, ensuring their full compliance with established processes.Evaluate new suppliers and products to ensure that they meet quality standards.Monitor and assess prototype production to set up QA/QC for mass production.Monitor production quality control, ensure adherence to QA/QC process.Inspections, Shipping, and InstallationsInspection of finished goods – matches prototypes and meets QC standards.QC reportingPost Campaign ReviewOngoing QA/QC process improvements and suggestionsCommunicate quality control results to management and take corrective action where necessary.Implement QC measurement matrix and enforce corrective actions.Monitor and review customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and ExposureAny bachelor's degree, but preferred in a relevant field of supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.Packaging experience >3 years secondary and primary packaging production10+ years of experience in QA/QC and supply chain management roles in the commercial print, Point-of-Sale (POS) industryMust have an in-depth understanding of various printing and POS manufacturing processes, and raw materials used in the Print and POSM industry.Knowledge of QC, supply chain processes, and systems, such as procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and transportationKnowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards (e.g., customs regulations, hazardous materials regulations)Ability to develop QA/QC processes and implementation in field work.Mindset to Navigate the RoleEnsure meeting of high ethical standards related to the QA/QC process.Ability to analyse data and make informed decisionsTemperament for the RoleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsContribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsRole RequirementsSome travel, along with out-of-hours and flexible working, will be required
