About the Role

The role is responsible for developing overall E-commerce marketing, operations and sales growth across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and operate e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) e.g. product listing, pricing, and promotional campaign planning.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling content, visuals, and keywords to improve traffic and conversion rates.
  • Optimize Ads ROAS
  • Understand platform mechanics such as campaign rules, traffic systems, ranking algorithms, and promotional tools.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and best practices from leading brands.
  • Work closely with KOL, KOC, affiliates, and creators to drive product visibility and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
  • Thai native speaker. Also, proficient in English both written and spoken.
