Responsibilities
- Manage Test Lab facilities and oversee activities as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Oversee both in-house and outsourced testing operations.
- Support the implementation of new test requirements and create process flows for Engineer Assistants.
- Coordinate with outsourced testing providers and ensure approval of test reports.
- Compile and consolidate both in-house and outsourced test reports.
- Administer lab activities to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
- Continuously improve laboratory processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing operations.
- Follow established work protocols and procedures, collaborating with customers and other departments for issue resolution when necessary.
- Liaise with customers to ensure that tests and projects are executed according to their requirements.
- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Thailand citizen.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in a reliability laboratory or an ISO 17025 accredited environment is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret test specifications and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure, independently with minimal supervision, and managing tight deadlines.
- Creative, hardworking, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in English language (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of computer setup, configuration and troubleshooting would be beneficial.
