Overview

Quaco International Company Limited is looking for a hands-on and proactive team member who helps keep daily operations running smoothly across Finance, HR & Operation functions in our Chom Thong office, Bangkok.

As a full-time role, you will be responsible a combination of administrative, financial, and human resources tasks to ensure an organization's smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include assisting management with day to day operation, managing vendor relationships, coordinating office functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

·       Organize and maintain company documents (digital & physical filing).

·       Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor/service contracts.

·       Manage general company communications, correspondence, and scheduling.

·       Coordinate messenger services and external deliveries as required.

·       Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Financial Administration

·       Issue and send quotations, invoices and tax invoices/receipts to clients according to agreed billing schedules.

·       Liaise with client finance/accounting teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

·       Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments promptly and professionally.

·       Basic bookkeeping & coordinate with the external accounting firm to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax and reporting obligations.

·       Maintain proper records of all tax certificates issued and received.

Human Resources Management

·       Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

·       Oversee employee benefits (social security, leave tracking, etc.).

·       Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
