Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and overseeing HR administrative functions and general affairs to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate hotel and accommodation reservations for guests and management team
- Arrange transportation for guests, including pick-up and drop-off services
- Welcome and take care of visitors, customers, and management team
- Prepare meeting rooms, meeting equipment, and refreshments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Perform general administrative duties and office support tasks
- Coordinate and supervise security guards and housekeeping staff
- Manage and control contracts and related documents (e.g. service contracts, rental contracts)
- Handle expense claims, petty cash, and related payment documents
- Prepare reports and administrative documents as assigned
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Service-minded, well-organized, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive and able to support work via mobile phone during holidays as required
