Location: The Chic District, Ramkhamhaeng 53, Bangkok, Thailand

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Wednesday–Monday)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Day Off: Tuesday

Role Overview

Artmazing Studio is looking for an Animator who loves storytelling, movement, and emotional performance. You'll create smooth, expressive animations that match our quality bar and help bring our characters and worlds to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character animation (acting, body mechanics, facial animation, lip-sync as needed)
• Animate based on storyboards, animatics, and director feedback
• Maintain consistent style, timing, and motion quality across scenes/episodes
• Collaborate with the director, storyboard artists, and design team to improve shots
• Revise and polish animation based on feedback and production needs
• Organize project files and follow studio workflow/version control
• Support production deadlines while keeping animation quality high

Requirements

• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating strong animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, arcs, acting)
• Solid understanding of movement, posing, and performance
• Ability to take feedback professionally and improve work quickly
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Teamwork mindset and good communication

• Comfortable working on-site at the studio during scheduled hours

• Experience in 2D animation (frame-by-frame or cut-out) and/or 3D animation

• Familiarity with tools such as Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar
• Basic understanding of story, cinematography, and editing rhythm
• Ability to help with cleanup, in-betweening, or motion polishing when needed

Artmazing Studio กำลังมองหา Animator ที่รักการเล่าเรื่องและการแสดงผ่านการเคลื่อนไหว เพื่อสร้างแอนิเมชันที่ลื่นไหล มีอารมณ์ และได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานของสตูดิโอ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• สร้างแอนิเมชันตัวละครคุณภาพสูง (การแสดง ท่าทาง น้ำหนักตัว สีหน้า และ lip-sync ตามความจำเป็น)
• ทำแอนิเมชันจาก storyboard/animatic และแนวทางของผู้กำกับ
• รักษาความสม่ำเสมอของสไตล์ จังหวะ และคุณภาพการเคลื่อนไหวของงาน
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้กำกับ ทีม storyboard และทีมออกแบบ เพื่อพัฒนาช็อตให้ดีขึ้น
• แก้งาน/เก็บงานให้สมบูรณ์ตามฟีดแบ็กและความต้องการของโปรดักชัน
• จัดระเบียบไฟล์งานและทำงานตาม workflow ของสตูดิโอ
• บริหารเวลาให้ทันเดดไลน์โดยยังคงคุณภาพงานให้สูง

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องมี

• มีทักษะหลักของการทำแอนิเมชัน (timing, spacing, weight, arcs, acting)
• เข้าใจหลักการเคลื่อนไหว การจัด pose และการแสดงของตัวละคร
• รับfeedbackได้ดี แก้งานไว และพัฒนางานได้ชัดเจน
• ใส่ใจรายละเอียดและทำงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• ทำงานเป็นทีม สื่อสารดี

• สามารถทำงานที่สตูดิโอตามเวลาที่กำหนดได้

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน 2D (วาดเฟรมต่อเฟรม / cut-out) และ/หรือ 3D

• ใช้โปรแกรม เช่น Toon Boom Harmony, After Effects, Blender, Maya หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
• เข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านการเล่าเรื่อง มุมกล้อง และจังหวะภาพ
• ช่วยงาน cleanup, in-between หรือ polishing ได้เมื่อจำเป็น
