About this job

We are seeking 
Accounts Payable (AP)
 to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense reporting. This role ensures accurate coding, approval, and timely payment of supplier bills while maintaining compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities also include monitoring AP aging, managing petty cash, and coordinating with other departments to resolve accounting issues.

In This Role, You'll Get To

  • Perform Accounts Payable functions, including coding invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing vendor payments.
  • Prepare supplier bills, payment vouchers, and monitor AP aging reports.
  • Ensure proper VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax handling.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports.
  • Work with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years' experience with using accounting systems (Express, Odoo is a plus)
  • Proficiency in computers particularly and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Have experience in AP, Tax, VAT, Costing, or related fields 1-3 years.
  • Have experience in digital agency will be advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Thai & English.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Can coordinate with other departments and external agencies.
  • Naturally well organized and can keep cool when working to tight deadlines.
