We are risk consulting firm based in Bangkok, affiliated with an international group with presence in Hon Kong and the Philippines. The Accounting and Admin Officer will be required to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-set accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger reconciliation. On Zoho Accounting system.
  • Prepare and submit key financial reports: Trial Balance, General Ledger, Sales Reports, Inventory Movements, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, including monthly tax filings, VAT, SSO, Worker's Fund, withholding tax, and annual tax reporting for both the company and employees.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with NPAEs standards.
  • Support management reporting on a weekly basis and assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Execute data entry into accounting/ Zoho CRM software and general administrative support as required.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including communication with external parties (e.g., juristic office).
  • Provide support on various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvement and workflow optimisation, especially around finance and administration.
  • Assist in organising internal team activities, informal gatherings, and small employee initiative.
  • Support the firm during growth phases, including new internal procedures, tools, and operational setups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of Thai accounting standards (NPAEs) and tax regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (Zoho is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good command of spoken / written English.
