Position Overview
Our client, a global leader in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instruments and inspection technologies, is seeking a high-caliber Sales Engineer to support its rapid growth across the region. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical understanding, solution-based selling, and strong customer engagement skills across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities for NDT instruments and inspection solutions within assigned territories.
- Drive new business acquisition and strengthen relationships with key industrial clients (oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, automotive, manufacturing, aerospace).
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to support customer decision-making.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations to close deals.
- Provide ongoing customer support in coordination with technical and service teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or related).
- 2-7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales; NDT or testing instruments experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NDT methods (UT, PAUT, ET, RT, MT, Thickness Gauging) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer oriented.
- Ability to travel within Thailand and occasionally overseas.
- Good English communication skills.
