Position Overview

Our client, a global leader in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instruments and inspection technologies, is seeking a high-caliber Sales Engineer to support its rapid growth across the region. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical understanding, solution-based selling, and strong customer engagement skills across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities for NDT instruments and inspection solutions within assigned territories.
  • Drive new business acquisition and strengthen relationships with key industrial clients (oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, automotive, manufacturing, aerospace).
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to support customer decision-making.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations to close deals.
  • Provide ongoing customer support in coordination with technical and service teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or related).
  • 2-7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales; NDT or testing instruments experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NDT methods (UT, PAUT, ET, RT, MT, Thickness Gauging) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and customer oriented.
  • Ability to travel within Thailand and occasionally overseas.
  • Good English communication skills.
