Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator / Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Destination Group's digital presence across all social platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping our brand voice, driving engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns for multiple brands under the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives
  • Capture, curate, and edit photo/video content in collaboration with operations and creative teams
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and social media inboxes
  • Monitor trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and new openings
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and brand partners when required
  • Ensure brand consistency across all Destination Group outlets and platforms
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Executive, or Manager
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or entertainment industries is highly preferred
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Thai is an advantage)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines
