Key Responsibilities


• Lead and coordinate the implementation of ERP across all departments (Purchasing, QA, Production, Accounting, HR, etc.)


• Map workflow, data flow, and reporting structure to align with actual processes


• Track system rollout and ensure timely progress


• Facilitate Tier Meetings and ensure all action plans are followed and closed on time


• Collaborate with Directors and Managers to set weekly and monthly priorities


• Identify communication gaps, streamline cross-functional coordination


• Create dashboards, templates, and reports that make data visible and actionable

Qualifications


• Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Management, or Organization Development


• At least 3 years of experience in ERP Implementation / Project Management / Change Management


• Understanding of manufacturing workflow and data integration


• Excellent communication and coordination skills


• Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and result-driven


• Passionate about improving systems and building collaboration
