บทบาทสำคัญ (Key Responsibilities)

  • ดูแลภาพรวมของ Visual Identity และ Art Direction ของแบรนด์ในทุกช่องทาง ทั้ง Online / Offline / Retail / Campaign / Packaging
  • ออกแบบ Mood & Tone ของแบรนด์ให้อยู่ในระดับ Luxury Product ที่มีความหมายในเชิงจิตวิญญาณและอารมณ์
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Creative, Photographer, Marketing และผู้บริหาร เพื่อสร้างคอนเซ็ปต์ที่สะท้อนความหรูหราและพลังในความเรียบ
  • วางทิศทางและกำกับงานศิลป์ในทุกสื่อ เช่น ภาพนิ่ง วิดีโอ Key Visual โฆษณา ไปจนถึงงาน Display และ Catalog
  • สร้าง "ภาษาภาพ" ของแบรนด์ให้มีเอกลักษณ์ คงความละเอียด ประณีต และมีพลัง
  • พัฒนา Creative Direction สำหรับ Collection ใหม่ ๆ และร่วม conceptualize แคมเปญหลักของแบรนด์

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)

  • มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Art Director / Senior Designer อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  • เคยทำงานกับแบรนด์ระดับ Luxury / Premium / Jewelry / Fashion / Beauty
  • มีความเข้าใจในโลกของ Luxury Branding ทั้งในเชิงอารมณ์ พื้นผิว แสง และสเปซ
  • มี Sense ด้าน Luxury Minimalism — สามารถทำให้งานดู "แพง" ด้วยองค์ประกอบน้อยแต่ทรงพลัง
  • มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบ (Photoshop / Illustrator / Lightroom / Premiere Pro / After Effects) ได้คล่อง
  • มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Composition, Storytelling, และการสื่อสารแบรนด์ผ่านภาพ
  • หากมีประสบการณ์หรือความสนใจด้าน Spiritual / Symbolic Art / Craftsmanship จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
