JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to perform all the activities required to provide technical support to internal/external customers; set up, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and repair injection molding systems. Working with the call center, spare parts, & customers directly to diagnose issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:
Service reporting / Hour submission
Develop & Maintain customer relations
Effective troubleshooting/problem diagnosis
Meeting Husky's high quality standard of work: First time Fix
Customer recommendations/suggestions
Act as Trustsed Advisor to the customer
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Post-secondary education (college or university degree)in a related technical subject is required
2.Minimum 2 year Technical Associates degree/diploma 3. Experience with Husky equipment and/or injection molding including assembly, testing, service and engineering with all Husky products including machines, molds, robots and other product handling equipment would be an preferrable
Mechanical service technician related experience in MNC industries is a must
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies
Strong electrical background and mechanically inclined.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, interact effectively and professionally with customers
Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering, sales and service functions
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information
Good computer skills and operation knowledge of Windows based applications
Additional language other than English would be considered an asset
Strong problem resolution skills with a proven ability to think outside of the box
Positive atitute and work ethic
Energenic
Ability to write a detailed report
Flexible to travel locally and other countries in South Asia.
