Requirements**

3+ years of experience in SMM with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.

Strong experience with nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or events.

Excellent understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and algorithms.

Strong visual taste and sense of rhythm, timing, and mood.

Ability to work evenings and nights when required.

English level upper-intermediate or higher.

Independent working style and strong ownership mindset.
