About the role

As an IT SAP Support (Module CO) at Thai President Foods Public Company Limited, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's SAP ERP system, with a focus on the Controlling (CO) module. In this full-time position based in Bangkok, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company's critical business systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP Controlling (CO) module
  2. Assist with the configuration and customisation of the CO module to meet the company's evolving business requirements
  3. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and data management tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of the SAP ERP system
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions
  5. Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize the CO module's performance and efficiency
  6. Provide training and knowledge-sharing to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the SAP CO module
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of SAP-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ERP system support, with a focus on the Controlling (CO) module
  2. Strong technical understanding of SAP Controlling (CO) module configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting
  3. Familiarity with SAP system administration, including database management, performance tuning, and security management
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  6. Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  7. Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
