We are looking for a
Trade and Marketing Executive
to join us at our Bangkok Office working across our South and Far East Asia Business.

As a key support member of the Marketing team, the Trade and Marketing Executive will play a hands-on role in executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and support lead generation goals. This entry-level position is ideal for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual eager to launch a career in Marketing / trade Marketing and gain experience across various channels.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the planning, development, and delivery of marketing initiatives across digital channels (social media, email, website), traditional media and retail media (Point of Sale and Out of Home).
• Content Creation: Support Marketing Team and Trade Marketing to proofread and edit engaging marketing copy for social media posts, email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key campaign metrics (KPIs) using analytics tools, assisting in the analysis of data to measure effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
• Administrative & Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for marketing events, trade shows, and internal promotions, including managing collateral and coordinating with external vendors.
• Budget and Supplier Coordination: Support Marketing team and Trade Marketing team in ensuring payments process is managed for all A&P related transaction in a timely manner and coordinate suppliers on Payments/invoicing as well as timely delivery.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Skills And Experience Required

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in a Marketing or Sales (Consumer or customer facing) role would be an advantage – Internships are considered experience too
• General understanding of digital marketing, and consumer behavior in the food sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a start-up mindset.
• As the role requires connecting across multiple markets – Proficiency of the English language is a pre requisite for being considered for the role.
