Tax Accounting Officer

JD: preparing daily accounts receivable and payable, creating general ledgers and all types of income tax accounts into the system, summarizing monthly debtors and creditors. Including checking the company's assets and recording the asset register data in each category completely, correctly and on time in accordance with accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Tax reports
- Check and record accounts related to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the Revenue Department's criteria
- Reconcile VAT with general ledger accounts
- Check documents related to Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Assist with tax document collection and prepare data to be submitted to auditors or the Revenue Department when necessary
- Contact and coordinate with other relevant departments such as purchasing, finance or vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Document
- Prepare reports of input tax, output tax, VAT, withholding tax, specific business tax, tax invoices
- Prepare reports of input tax as supporting documents for financial statements (Trial Balance)
- Prepare reports of reconciliation of the balance of each account
- Prepare a report on sales impact with Form Por.30 and sales tax each month
- Prepare a summary report of debtors-creditors monthly, monthly
- Prepare a summary report of monthly sales
- Prepare financial statements and details of financial statements
- Prepare documents, information, details about the business audit and tax refund audit from the Revenue Department
- Prepare documents, information, details about the annual audit of external auditors
Requirement
MUST:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years' experience in Accounting Tax (Manufacturing preferably)
- English communication level (Basic communication)
- Good MS office skill, Experience in SAP (but not necessary)
- Good communication and corresponding well with team & cross-function with cleared in conclusion.
