Sustainable Department Manager

Lead sustainability strategies and environmental projects driving Net Zero and Circular Economy goals for organizational impact.
Work location : 304 Industrial Park, Sri Maha Phot, Prachinburi
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the organization's sustainability direction, strategies, and policies in alignment with company policies, laws, and international standards, incorporating concepts such as Net Zero, Carbon Neutrality, and Circular Economy.
- Plan and oversee carbon footprint assessments and waste management operations.
- Promote a sustainability-oriented organizational culture and encourage employees to apply Digital Transformation and AI to enhance work efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring all operations comply with laws, regulations, and ISO9001, ISO14001 standards.
- Develop and drive environmental projects such as Zero Waste and Circular Economy initiatives, monitor progress, and report outcomes to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science
- At least 5-10 years of experience in fertilizer plants, waste management facilities, environmental management, or related functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High responsibility, positive attitude and strong emotional control
- Strong analytical, planning, and team management skills
