Senior Officer IT Compliance

Responsibilities:

  1. ให้คำปรึกษาการจัดทำนโยบาย มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติด้าน IT Security Compliance ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย (เช่น PDPA, Cybersecurity Act) และมาตรฐาน (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, COBIT เป็นต้น)

  2. กำกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการควบคุมความปลอดภัยด้านสารสนเทศในองค์กร (IT Security Controls) โดยเฉพาะในประเด็นที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง เช่น Access Control, System Logging, Incident Response

  3. ร่วมกับ IT-Security Teams เพื่อทำ Gap Analysis และแผนปิดความเสี่ยงจากช่องโหว่ที่ตรวจพบ

  4. จัดทำ IT Risk Register สำหรับความเสี่ยงด้าน IT Security และติดตามการจัดการความเสี่ยงอย่างเป็นระบบ

  5. สนับสนุนการกำกับดูแลข้อมูล (Data Governance) ตามแนวทางขององค์กรและมาตรฐานสากล

  6. ร่วมจัดทำแนวปฏิบัติ (guidelines) และ framework ของ Data Ownership, Data Classification, Data Lifecycle และ Data Protection

  7. ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ Data Owner หรือผู้ดูแลข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับ compliance requirement ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  8. เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับหน่วย IT และหน่วยงานธุรกิจในการควบคุมการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและการใช้ข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้องตามสิทธิและวัตถุประสงค์

  9. ออกแบบและดำเนินการ IT Compliance Monitoring Program (เช่น Control Self-Assessment, Compliance Review เป็นต้น)

  10. วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงาน Compliance Dashboard สำหรับผู้บริหาร (เช่น รายงานประเด็นความเสี่ยง, ความไม่สอดคล้อง, ค่า KPI/KRI)

  11. ตรวจสอบและติดตามการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง (Corrective Actions) จากการตรวจพบ

  12. เป็นตัวแทนหน่วยงาน Compliance ในโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยี เช่น ระบบ ERP, Cloud migration, Data Analytics เป็นต้น

  13. สร้างความตระหนักรู้ด้าน  IT compliance และ data governance ให้กับพนักงานในองค์กร

  14. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล  เมื่อต้องมีการชี้แจงหรือสอบสวน

  15. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications:

  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือโท ด้าน IT, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Law หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ด้าน IT Compliance, IT Audit, Cybersecurity หรือ Data Governance อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
  3. ด้านกฎหมาย PDPA 1 ปี
  4. มีความรู้ในมาตรฐาน/กรอบการกำกับดูแล เช่น ISO 27001, ISO27701, NIST CSF, COBIT, DAMA-DMBOK, PCI-DSS
  5. มีความรู้ด้าน Data Governance ได้แก่ Data Quality Dimensions, Data Lifecycle Managment, Data Classification& Protection เป็นต้น
  6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้อบังคับ กฎหมาย ได้แก่ PDPA, Cybersecurity Act, SOX เป็นต้น
  7. มีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ROPA
  8. ภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้
