Urgent HR GA IC Manager

Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30, Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR) & General Affairs (GA) Management
- Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment,onboarding, performance management, training and development, and exit procedures.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR and GA policies,ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and promote a positive and productive work culture.
- Administration: Manage office facities, maintenance, security, and the company fleet (including direct supervision of 5 drivers).
IT Infrastructure Management
- System Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems.
- Technical Support: Ensure timely and effective IT support and troubleshooting for all employees.
- Strategic Planning: Recommend and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and data security.
Procurement (Office Equipment) & Asset Management
- Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all office equipment, supplies, and related services, ensuring best value and cost-effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
- Inventory & Assets: Oversee the fixed asset register and ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.
Internal Control & Compliance
- Process Development: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and operational procedures across all managed functions (HR, GA, IT, Procurement).
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Team Development: Supervise and mentor the 3 staff subordinates and 5 drivers, delegating tasks, managing performance, and fostering their professional growth.
- Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination and workflow between the various functional areas under management.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Law or HR is preferable)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of managerial role, with demonstrable experience in managerial role across to least 3 of 5 core functional areas (HR, GA, IT, Procurement, Internal Control) in company size employees and trading business.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a diverse team, including professional

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding HRM&HRD, Risk management, basic office infrastructure, Procurement best practice and contracts.
- Soft Skills: Target Oriented, Human skills, Excellent in communication, Problem-
- Good command of English communication. (Toeic 650 up)
