You will join our dynamic sales team, focused on distributing premium food ingredients and raw materials to the Food Service and HORECA sectors (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering). Your core responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with new customers in the restaurant, café, and food service sectors.
- Sales Growth: Present and sell Jagota's premium product portfolio to achieve challenging sales and growth targets.
- Account Management: Manage and service existing client accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality/Food Science).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales or Key Account Executive roles, ideally within the FMCG, Food Industry, or HORECA sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong goal-oriented focus.
