Responsibilities


• Support corporate financial activities including capital management, investment appraisal, valuation analysis, and evaluation and implementation of different funding strategies (such as bonds and loans) according to internal capital structure guidelines.


• Management of information undertakings relating to existing loans:  Compliance monitoring of loan covenants o Regular information and reporting requirements to lenders (includes liaising with external advisors and internal country teams on information relating to regular compliance certificates, budgets, reports, and insurance coverage) / Information and documentation requirements relating to drawdowns


• Cashflow management:  Information management and coordination with financial controllers / Consolidate cashflows and initiate cash call approvals from each country every week / Reporting of summarized cashflow situation to end users


• Support the adjustment of financial models
• Ad hoc supporting tasks such as preparation of presentation materials (e.g. board meeting), treasury support, and any other corporate finance-related matters

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Proficiency in financial modelling


• Interest or prior experience in investment appraisal, valuation, and financial analysis


• Interest or exposure to the renewable energy industry (e.g. solar, biomass, etc) will be an advantage (but not a must)


• A pleasant personality and commitment to work in a team environment
