Job Description:
- Identifying and evaluating hardware and software solutions, architectures, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and diagnosing system faults.
- Resolving hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Communicating with customers to quickly identify the root cause of issues.
- Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer support.
- Guiding customers through a step-by-step troubleshooting process to resolve issues.
- Developing and maintaining procedural documentation for troubleshooting and support workflows.
- Managing multiple support cases simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Performing electrical safety checks and ensuring proper maintenance of IT equipment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-5 years of experience as a System Engineer (DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in Linux/MacOS administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and help desk software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
