Shift DCS Engineer- (New Plant Set-up, Saturday work)

Working Location: Samnak Thong, Mueang, Rayong

Working Hour: Monday – Saturday work

Salary: 70, ,000 THB/Month (Depend on qualification & experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operated and monitored carbon black production processes using DCS to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations.
  • Responded to process deviations and alarms, taking immediate corrective actions to maintain product quality and process stability.
  • Played a key role in the erection and commissioning of machinery and production lines during greenfield project execution.
  • Ensured strict compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures during all shift operations.
  • Verified proper functioning of interlocks, safety controls, and emergency systems; enforced zero bypass of critical safety systems.
  • Supported troubleshooting and resolved operational issues by analyzing process trends and coordinating with field and maintenance teams.
  • Assisted Shift Incharge in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth startups, shutdowns, and emergency handling via DCS.
  • Maintained accurate shift logs and generated daily production and deviation reports for management review and escalation.
  • Provided technical input during root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring process or equipment-related issues.
  • Contributed to continuous improvement efforts focused on increasing yield, production efficiency, and reducing downtime.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years' experience in production operations in a chemical industry
