Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 security response for DCIS leased and managed environments within data centre.
  • Perform daily monitoring and incident response while ensuring compliance with access control policies and security standards.
  • Maintain vigilance, follow established protocols, and collaborate closely with Tier 2 security operations managers and SOC teams.
  • Conduct routine security walkthroughs across Data Halls, Storage Rooms, and Office Areas to verify door and badge reader functionality as well as the status of security devices.
  • Attend to vendors as required to ensure security compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily status reports.
  • Attend scheduled team meetings and briefings.
  • Adhere to PPE requirements and comply with all non-disclosure agreements.
  • Support access control onboarding processes and maintain a security presence in leased spaces.

Requirements

  • Diploma and above in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Any working experience in a similar role within Data Centre or Critical Infrastructure
  • Basic proficiency with Office Suite, Lark, and security systems
  • Clear, accurate report writing and data entry skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between sites as needed
  • Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety/security protocols
