Job scope

  • Develop corporate marketing strategyfor Pruksa Holding PCL.
  • Develop and manage holistic brand portfolio strategy/architecture and explore how we can leverage the brand/customer mapping in order to further build the business opportunities.
  • Lead in the area of brand governance for all companies in PSH in order to ensure the proper brand space with relevant, consistent and powerful execution in every touchpoint for long term brand growth.
  • Drive successful corporate/synergized brand building campaign including customer relationship building activities/IMC campaign in order to bring the products/services for all businesses under Pruksa Holding to life, to/for both internal and external.
  • Understand and be able to turn customer insight into impact.
  • Track, optimize, and visualize brand and marketing performance in order to drive and influence the changes for excellent performance.
  • Work closely with strategic business partner in real estate to synergize the marketing/communication plan.
  • Act as the business partners for healthcare/e-commerce business. Understand the business and be able to add values to both consumers and business.

Qualifications :

  • More than 15 years of experience in brand and marketing management with proven successes.
  • Understand brand architecture, brand development, insight into impact development and data driven marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing is preferable.
  • Excellent leadership with ability to inspire the team to go beyond the extra mile to co-create the positive impact.
  • Strategic thinker with practicality.
  • Creative in bringing the strategy into impactful execution.
  • Very strong communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Growth mindset.
