About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who brings both exceptional technical skills and strong leadership qualities. You'll be building scalable full-stack applications while taking ownership of team outcomes and fostering a collaborative engineering culture. This role is ideal for someone who sees problems early, proposes solutions proactively, and leads through both expertise and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript (NestJS)
  • Build and maintain frontend applications using
  • Deploy and operate applications on AWS with a focus on stability and performance
Ownership & Leadership
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for features from conception to production
  • Proactively surface technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Review code for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to best practices
  • Mentor team members and elevate overall engineering quality
Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features that solve real problems
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders
  • Contribute to team processes, technical standards, and engineering culture
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with TypeScript in production environments
  • Hands-on experience building backend services with NestJS
  • Hands-on experience building frontend applications with
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and full-stack application design
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (EC2, ECS/Lambda, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, SQS)
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflow
