หัวหน้าแผนกประกันคุณภาพ (Technical Support) / Quality Assurance Supervisor (Technical Support)

รายละเอียดของงาน

1. การเขียน Protocol, การเข้าไปร่วมทํา Trial/ Validation/ Verification การสรุป Report สําหรับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ หรือผลิตภัณฑ์เก่าที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการผลิต วัตถุดิบ หรือเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ ในการผลิต หรือการทํา Revalidation (เฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นสูตรของลูกค้า)
2. การเข้าไปร่วมทํา Equipment Qualification และการสรุปผลสําหรับเครื่องจักรใหม่ หรือ เครื่องจักร เก่าที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือการทํา Revalidation
3. จัดเตรียมเอกสาร Periodic Product Review เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลของผลิตภัณฑ์
4. จัดเตรียม BPR รวมถึงการสําเนา BPR เพื่อการผสมผลิตภัณฑ์ตาม Production Order
5. การสร้างฐานข้อมูลและสูตรแบ่งชั่งในระบบ Mettler, Glycerol และ Sorbitol เพื่อใช้ในการผสม
6. ดูแลการตรวจสอบการแบ่งชั่งวัตถุดิบเพื่อการผสมผลิตภัณฑ์โดย Manual
7. เตรียม/ทบทวนเอกสารรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์ (COA/COC) ทบทวนเอกสารการผลิตก่อนปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์ และการปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์สําเร็จรูปในระบบ SAP B1
8. การเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อ Support งานในฝ่าย Technical & Quality Assurance
9. งาน Support หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต หรือ บรรจุ
10. ร่วมประชุมและให้คําแนะนําเมื่อเกิดปัญหาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ ออกเอกสาร Rework/ Reprocess และ PONC

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง

• การศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ หรือ เภสัชศาสตร์ หรือ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์ : งานทางด้าน Quality Assurance หรือ Production อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้าน cosmetic ยา หรือ เคมี
• ทักษะและความชํานาญ : อ่าน เขียน พูด ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ใช้ Personal Computer ได้ดี
• อื่น ๆ : มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ทํางานเป็นทีม

Job Description

1. Writing protocols, participating in trials/validations/verifications, summarizing reports for new products or old products with changes in production processes, raw materials, or machinery used in production, or performing revalidations (only for products that are customer formulas).
2. Participate in equipment qualification and summarize results for new machines or modified machines that may impact product quality, including revalidations.
3. Prepare Periodic Product Review (PPR) documents by collecting and compiling product-related data.
4. Prepare Batch Production Records (BPR) and make copies of BPRs for product mixing based on production orders.
5. Create databases and pre-weighing formulations in Mettler, Glycerol, and Sorbitol systems for product mixing.
6. Oversee manual verification of raw material weighing for product mixing.
7. Prepare/review product certification documents (COA/COC), review production documentation prior to product release, and approve finished goods in the SAP B1 system.
8. Prepare documentation to support Technical & Quality Assurance department activities.
9. Support related departments in improving production or packaging processes.
10. Participate in meetings and provide guidance when product quality issues arise, including issuing Rework/Reprocess documents and PONC reports.

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Production roles.
• Skills and expertise : Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
