About the role

As a Project Engineer at Gardens of Eden, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our exciting construction projects across our growing portfolio of luxury residential properties in Thalang, Phuket. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within budget and timelines.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables
  • Ensure the timely review of all designing deliverables
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Close interaction within all discipline Members to resolve any issues during designing and construction phases
  • Prepare shop drawing check and review, then signed gives to site work.
  • Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings
  • Lead project(and design) meetings and facilitate communication among team members
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Provide technical support to project team members
  • Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Calculations some elements of structural detail for constructions.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in the luxury residential sector
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within budget and on schedule
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
