Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's IT systems, ensuring the stable operation of servers, networks, hardware, software, and information systems.

  2. Manage the company's local area network (LAN), wireless network (Wi-Fi), and VPN configuration, optimizing network performance and security.

  3. Maintain office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, conference systems, etc.) and commonly used software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.).

  4. Cooperate with headquarters on information technology implementation, responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and employee training of local information technology systems (e.g., OA, ERP, CRM, etc.) in Thailand.

  5. Develop IT management systems and emergency response plans, handle unexpected technical issues, and ensure data security and backup.

  6. Liaise with external suppliers (e.g., network service providers, software developers, etc.), coordinate IT procurement and cost control.

  7. Provide IT technical support to employees and resolve technical issues encountered during daily office work.

  8. Assist with weak current and network related work during the Thailand office renovation.

Job Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Chinese (for communication with the Chinese team) and Thai (for interaction with local employees/suppliers) (essential).

A good foundation in English is preferred.

  1. Professional Skills:

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT management or network operations, with experience supporting multinational teams preferred.

Familiarity with enterprise-level network configuration (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and network security.

Proficiency in maintaining office equipment such as printers and scanners, as well as Windows/macOS systems.

Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of common office software (Office 365, DingTalk/Feishu, etc.) and information systems (such as ERP and OA).

Familiarity with the configuration and operation and maintenance of servers (such as Windows Server and Linux) and databases (MySQL/SQL Server).

  1. Other Requirements:

Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Ability to independently solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Annual salary:20W-50W CNY

Nationality: China/Thai

Weekend: Two days off

Working hours: 08:30-17:30
