The Director of People & Culture provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all People & Culture functions to support the hotel's vision, mission, and values. This role drives talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. The Director partners with the leadership team to create a high-performance culture, ensuring the hotel attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering an inclusive and positive workplace.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or service-oriented industries.

• Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and market trends.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
