The Guest Service Center Agent is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between guests and all hotel departments. The role handles incoming calls, messages, and requests with courtesy and efficiency, delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. Acting as the central communication hub, the GSC Agent ensures timely follow-up and coordination to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.

• Previous hotel or call center experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).

• Strong computer and telephone handling skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Pleasant, professional telephone etiquette and a service-minded attitude.
