- Review on quarterly basis OCAP, process control plan, FMEA.
- Coordinate with other supervisors to put in place a preventive action in respond to quality discrepancy received.
- Ensures high productivity and excellent quality of work while meeting cycle time goals.
- Analyze audit reports, customer complaints and internal quality errors and create corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Perform other related projects e.g. automation process, lean, statistical process control and all proactive improvement that may assigned by Manager.
- Capable to explanation with familiar manner and logical thinking.
- Capable to Negotiate to get achieve with project target.
- Capable to support cross functional team project implement and feedback as team member.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process._
