- Provide support to 4 Departments during Inventory Cycle count (Finished goods, Die bank นวลจันทร์, Dispatch อรวรรณ, QA วันเพ็ญ)
- Tracking document charge WF from US with user document are completed with reclass (if any).
- Cross check fake tax invoice from vendor, set up with AP for vender list.
- Scan and send invoices to AP-Mailbox (e.g. for those vendors such as PEA, Tel,Customer,WHT,SSS,CAT) who do not submit directly to AP)
- Prepare withholding report (PND.3, 53) with cross check all data are correct (SAP vs. RD report).
- Review payment document are completed before filing (Invoice, Tax invoice, Receipt, CopyID-personal, WHT).
- Review all vendor invoices on hand are paid with in 90 days and co-ordinate with vendor, user, AP in case of have issue pending.
- Preparation of Vendor Withholding Tax Certificate and submit the original copy to the Vendor, included Bank charge.
- Performs INVOICE RECEIPT in SAP for all purchases (e.g. for items with GR no IR & coordinate with vendor)
- Check all tax invocie are correct and already input data in SAP.
- Prepare purchase tax invoices to support input vat report
- Filing document of vendor official receipts (e.g. for 10 years) all payments
- Filing all documents ( e.g. payment, tax, JV, etc)
- Prepare invoices for payment weekly
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process._
