Our client is a leading producer of chemicals, phthalic anhydride and plasticizers.
- Managing quality control/quality assurance work of Raw Material, Work in Process, Finish Good Products, Water in Process and Waste Water, complying with Standard Methods and Reliability including qualitative analysis and recommendations for improvement continuously.
- Conducting analysis and conclusion of quality information by using statistical techniques.
- Having leadership and participation in solving quality problems at the plant. Manage the entire QC team.
- Controlling all nonconformance reports and corrective action.
- Managing customer complaints including analyses of the causes and recommending quality control to customers.
- Planning and Quality Control meet customer’s requirements.
- Maintaining competency for all resources (man, machine, method etc) which concern QC/QA to achieve standard or above.
- Coordinating with the customers about quality problems.
- Implementing quality control systems according to ISO 9001 and supporting other systems.
- Executing ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and PSM.
- Reporting to the stakeholders regarding the performance of quality management.

**Job Specifications**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Science, major in chemistry, Biotech.
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years as QC Manager or senior chemist in QC department or above, in Chemical laboratory and Quality Management.
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing skills.
- Prior experience as a Quality Manager in a Chemical production processing environment.
- Knowing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and PSM.
- Able to use Laboratory tools and conduct quality testing.
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office literacy efficiency.
