Beverage Quality Management Executive - Application & Communication
Ensure DMS, IQA, CAR/PAR, NC and MoC online system are executed and GO LIVE as a plan.
Execute food safety & quality communication to all level of participants.
Beverage Quality Management Executive - DC & Admin
Responsible for document control of all procedures, instructions, records/forms, reference documents and supported document including coordinate with all documents controllers to control the ISO documentation.
Accommodate and consolidate supported document when the government agency, external accredited bodies and customer audit or visit the factory.
Responsible for Sub-function administrative.
Beverage Quality Management Executive - Halal, HACCP & Hygiene
Ensure employees understand GMP requirements and follow the procedure during working.
Ensure hygiene inspection for OSP plant has been conducted as a plan. All corrective actions have been closed within timeline and have the effectiveness.
Responsible for establishment, implementation and maintaining of Halal manual according to Halal requirement including integration the system with certified food safety & quality management system.
Ensure Halal internal audit has been conducted as a plan. All corrective actions have been closed within timeline and have the effectiveness.
Develop the annual verification plan of HACCP system and responsible for documentation and reporting.
Non-Beverage Quality Management Executive
To control and support the quality system related to non-beverage manufacturing with effectiveness as system ownership. To track and analyse the quality data trend and generate monthly report.
Beverage Quality Management Executive - Application & Communication
1.) ECM System
Set up project timeplan for each online systems of DMS, IQA, CAR/PAR, NC and MoC.
Get requirment from users and align for finalization.
Cooperate with supplier & IT for master data consolidation and conduct prototype format.
Coordinate with supplier & IT on User Acceptance Test (UAT) to minimize risk from system error/mul-function.
Ensure system is trained to relevant before GO LIVE including training material manual for users and admin are completed.
Hand over to system administrative when GO LIVE completion.
2.) Food Safety & Quality Communication Plan
Cooperate with Corporate Communication department to execute food safety & quality system communication plan.
Get involvement from all level of participants according to matrix and communication topics.
Get feedback from participant to improve in next activity.
3.) Corporate Standard and Guideline/Best Practice Execution
Cooperate with relevant to execute corporate standard and guideline/best practice to all beverage plants.
Ensure execution is conducted as a plan.
4.) Food Safety and Quality System Improvement
Join improvement team for defect/loss reduction (Kaizen team) including develop validation and commissioning scheme.
Support food safety and quality training to broaden training skill.
5.) Perform other related duties as assigned
Beverage Quality Management Executive - DC & Admin
1.) Document and Record Management System
Provide authorization and document control training to new comer and new position required.
Develop and manage registered document according to Document Action Request (DAR) in term of QM responsibility in DMS by checking the format to comply with OSP templates and correct wordings to reflect Document and Record Management System Procedure.
Ensure master document distribution in DMS and document stations including cancelled document return out of stations.
Follow-up and force all concerned department to review and revise documents to reflect actual practice and perform QM representative to review QM documents.
Keep filing of master documents in order to be easy handling including to ensure document control record storage according to OSP standard.
Conduct document status tracking report as a monthly basis.
2.) DMS Administrative
Provide permission and authority to access of documented information.
Lead and co-ordinate with IT to solve the ECM problem in term of document control, IQA, CAR/PAR, NC & MoC by perform to be Subject Master Expert (SME)
3.) External Audit and Visit Handling
Perform 2 ways communication in term of supported documents.
Consolidate document according to requisition.
Accommodate and take care of the agency or officer throughout audit time.
4.) Sub-Function Administrative
Key PR, PO.
Order stationaries and QM equipments,etc.
5.) Perform other related duties as assigned
