1.Lead and oversee the entire SHE function within the factory, ensuring full compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
2.Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Safety Management System, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
3.Initiate and coordinate safety training, campaigns, and events to promote safety awareness across the factory (e.g., Safety Day, Toolbox Talks, Emergency Drills).
4.Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses, ensuring preventive and corrective actions are effectively implemented.
5.Monitor and supervise contractor safety, including Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RA), and site inductions.
6.Lead internal and external audits related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or other applicable standards.
7.Control and ensure the factory s security operations are aligned with safety and company standards.
8.Act as the key liaison with local authorities, auditors, and internal management on SHE matters.
9.Provide regular reports and updates to management, highlighting key risks, compliance status, and improvement plans.
10.Foster a culture of safety and accountability by building strong working relationships across all levels, including operators, supervisors, and senior management.
1.Bachelor s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related fields.
2.Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a safety role within a manufacturing environment (preferably Chemical).
3.Strong knowledge of Thai safety regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
4.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5.Good of English.
6.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital tools for safety documentation/reporting.
