**TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR - MEAT SAVORY**:
Our team in **Samutprakarn** currently has an opening for a **Technical Service Supervisor - Meat Savory**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide bakery-technical solutions, and to support commercial team and customers in Meat, Savory technique.
- To handle and close with commercialization for meat and savory projects from customers. This purpose, the Specialist will provide guided formulation, product solutions, product process and prototype respectively.
- To be proactive in developing marketing tools and demo prototype for commercial team, suppliers and customers.
- To cooperate with commercial team and suppliers for product technology and their knowledge transfer
- To investigate on customers’ complaints on quality issues and regulatory enquiries.
- To manage customers’ proactive and reactive projects to increase success rate of project commercialization.
- Joint visit with commercial team when necessary for prototype presentation to customers.
- To support technical solution as well as technical reports to regional technical leader

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 7 years working experience as Food Technologist / Research & Development role in Food & Beverage Industry with good network of contact.
- Good technical knowledge of Nutrition products.
- Knowledge or experience in Food safety
- Knowledge in food lab equipment ussage
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to multitask.
