Analyze and assess information/data (both quantitative and qualitative) and the external environment to be the source for learning & development strategy formulation.
Design and develop learning & development process, tools and templates as required.
In collaboration of related team, design, develop and roll-out the learning and development projects and programs taking into consideration appropriate delivery channel (70/20/10 principle) i.e. Competency Development, Management & Executive Development, Onboarding Program, Knowledge Management etc.
Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned.
Evaluate effectiveness of implementing learning and development strategies and projects/programs.
Research the latest learning and development methods.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor s Degree or higher degree in Human Resource Development or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or OD activities and having excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development function.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project/program management.
**Work Location**: ThaiBev Quarter (TBQ), Klongtoey.
