**What Will You Do?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in coordination with the Chief of Party and the CLA Specialist to address the learning needs of the Mission.
- Support design and delivery of training and coaching to Mission staff and partners around adaptive management and USAID’s CLA concepts and practice.
- Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops as requested by USAID.
- Provide support for activity
- and project-level design.
- Development of learning questions/learning agenda and establishment of processes for ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
- Support the selection of innovative approaches for implementation and learning in activities, including in CLA, problem-driven iterative adaptation, continuous quality improvement, appreciative inquiry, action learning, etc.
- Assist with planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement initiatives, peer-to-peer learning events, communities of practice, and other capacity-strengthening initiatives to support enhanced collaboration and adaptive management practices among various activities and sectors.
- Support the project team to document events and key recommendations, undertake desk reviews, and formulate case studies as necessary.
- Lead triangulation and utilization of mixed methods data collection to produce high-quality analytical reports.
- Develop stakeholder-informed tools and resources to support Mission staff and implementing partners in adopting and enhancing adaptive management practices for Mission activities.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in social sciences or relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience with a solid background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including complexity-aware methods and learning tools
- Excellent trainer and committed to capacity-building approaches with demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning events and workshops
- Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team with a high degree of sensitivity and cultural competence
- Strong familiarity with USAID and related guidance on MEL and CLA approaches
- Expert written and verbal communication in English
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in Southeast Asia highly desired and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the social, cultural, and political characteristics of the context and development dynamics
