**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Karen (Conversational or Fluent required).
- Customer service experience (required).
- Strong communication and listening skills; able to remain composed under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful, able to use tools like Google and ChatGPT for clarification and accuracy.
- Flexible to work graveyard shifts to support clients across time zones.
