Application Analyst(Fresh Grads Are Welcome)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working hours: Tuesday - Saturday from either 06.30 - 15.30 or 10:00 to 19:00 including public holiday (compensation day will be provided)
- Strong interest in IT operations tasks and incident management
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on events resolution.
- Assist with creation and update of user documentation/runbooks
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as requested by Montreal team

**Knowledgeable or familiar of the following**:

- SQL
- Linux
- MFT

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Eager to learn more and fast Technical problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, Self-driven, highly motivated, have can do attitude
- Very good command of English
