**About the Job**

As our Junior Accountant, you will support our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial record-keeping, accounts payable and receivable, and compliance with tax regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving existing accounting processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

**What are the responsibilities of a Junior Accountant?**

**In this role, you will get to**:

- Assist with maintaining financial records, updating journals, and inputting transactions into ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and assist with tracking receivables.
- Perform **bank reconciliations**to ensure financial accuracy.
- **Support the preparation of basic financial statements**and financial reports.
- Provide documentation and assistance during audits.
- Ensure **accurate and timely tax submissions**(VAT, WHT, CIT) while adhering to regulations.
- Monitor **accounts, assets, and liabilities**while providing insights for financial decision-making.
- Assist in upgrading the company's accounting practices from TFRS for NPAEs to PAE standards.
- **Support the team in compliance and tax preparation**by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as **filing, organizing documents, and supporting the accounting team**as needed.

**Requirements for this role are**:

- 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and BOI-related matters is a plus.
- Understanding of regulations and commercial law is an advantage.
- Certifications such as CPA or relevant licenses are a plus.
