- Coordinating with operations team to reconcile staff attendance on daily basis.
- Solving issues related to staff attendance, Time in-out, Shift, Leave, Day off, Workday.
- Acting as ground team contact point for any inquiry about attendance.
- Verifying and approving staff request to waive attendance penalty.
- Maintain and update attendance sheet to provide data attendance to each team.
- Work closely with Operation team, Payroll team and ER team.
- Provide attendance report as team request.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree of Human resource or any related filed.
- 1 years of experience working in HR as attendance functions.
- Good communication skill and very clear with team.
- Strong operating large volume data with detail-oriented.
- Experience in MS Excel formula, G-sheet is plus.
