- Service focused personality is essential and previous banquet leadership experience required.
- Enthusiastic and empathetic team builder with extensive knowledge of Banquet Operations.
- Multi-tasker that is highly organized details oriented and able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Communicate throughs actions and opportunities clearly with strong net working skills.
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the score for high performance.
- Fluent in English & Thai
