**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a Product Design Executive to join our global family. The Product Design Executive designs innovative travel products and develops inspiring itineraries for current and prospective clients. As well as an eye for creativity, you will need to have a solid commercial acumen to ensure the product designed is both competitive and profitable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The role will be the ‘go to’ product person in the country for Discova Staff, meaning an exceptional understanding of the destination, suppliers and Discova product range are core requirements.
- Pro-actively engage and build strong relationships with other Discova staff from different teams (including global product, sales and marketing teams).
- Via all forms of communication, present our latest products to sales teams and agents, clearly articulating how our product stands out from the competition
- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams.
- Design commercially sound products in line with product design guidelines with a focus on unique product offerings that stand out from the competition.
- Aware of new customer trends, demands and emerging opportunities, move quickly to address gaps in the product portfolio with inspirational product across a range of travel themes.

- Maintain product filing processes, including ensuring a smooth product loading process through Tourplan, and the efficient sharing of product across the business.
- Ensure new product designs comply with ChildSafe and Responsible Travel guideline.

**About you**:
**The Essentials**:

- A Bachelor degree in product development and management, or three years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive travel industry knowledge.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proven negotiation skills are desirable.
- Extensive travel across our destinations or prior experience living in Southeast Asia is a plus.

- Solid collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written and across cultures.
- Close attention to detail and strong time/priority management skills.
