The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Work with OpEx & PMO Lead to develop a strategic plan on operational excellence, performance improvement, and transformational changes within or across the Quality Assurance team.
- Support the successful execution of projects from the ground level by aligning stakeholders across teams via regular cadences, driving resource planning, and budgeting.
- Outline project documents, prepare progress reports, and track project and performance.
- Identity (and predict) blockers, conflicts, and risks to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate them.
- Conduct root cause analysis, summarize results, and communicate learnings to the team.
- Monitor the performance, develop reports, and escalate cases to the stakeholders where relevant.
- Manage other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Male / Female, age 25 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields with equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.
- Experience in consulting field is advantageous.
- Familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. (e.g. Asana, Jira Cloud, Confluence)
- Excellence in project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Experience in hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean is preferred.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in the use of GSuite or Microsoft Office.
